2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By booking a service, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into this agreement.
3. Service Booking & Cancellation

Service appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or email.

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup.
4. Estimates & Payments

The estimated cost provided is based on an initial diagnosis only.

The final bill amount will be based on the final work order performed and approved by the customer.

Prices for services are either available on our website or can get it via email or phone call and are subject to change.

Payments can be made via online payment methods, credit/debit cards, or UPI.

Any additional repairs beyond the initial estimate will require customer approval.

Advance payment is required in case when specific spares need to be procured from vendor.
5. Free Pickup & Drop-off

We offer free pickup and drop-off within selected service areas.

Customers must ensure the car is accessible and ready at the scheduled time.

Any delay in pickup/drop-off due to customer unavailability may incur additional charges.

Customer should be pickup any valuables left in the car before scheduled pickup, we are not responsible for any loss in the matter.
6. Use of Genuine Parts

We use only genuine or OEM parts for all repairs and maintenance.

Warranty on parts depends on the manufacturer’s policy.
7. Liability & Disclaimer

While we take utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing issues or damages unrelated to our service.

We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Vehicle once delivered and moved out of workshop is then vehicle owner’s responsibility and any service related issue performed by us should be reported within 24hrs.
